PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Ann Kaminski, MPT, OCS, CFMT
I’m Ann. I believe movement is life. I believe that you have untapped potential and that together we can meet and exceed your goals. I love helping connect the dots and explain things in ways that make sense. I want to help you avoid expensive MRIs, injections, pain medications or invasive surgeries. I thrive in the challenge of helping people when other therapies have fallen short.
My treatments are focused on three areas:
Improving your mobility with hands on treatment of muscle, fascia and joints
Improving strength with hands on techniques to help inhibited muscles, progressive exercises and detailed home program
Detailed education on posture and how to change patterns of movement.
I tell people I’m kind of like an aggressive massage therapist, a gentle chiropractor, a personal trainer and an ergonomic/movement specialist, all-in-one. My manual skills, my 20+ years of experience, extensive training, and my intuition are what set me apart. I would love to hear your story, and would be honored to be your go-to provider to keep your body moving.
When not having fun treating clients, I love cycling, running, yoga, cooking, learning new things, and spending time outdoors with my family in St Paul.
